Retainer Information
There is no charge for the first consultation for anyone who is interested in retaining legal counsel. Confidentiality is of primary importance. All client matters are held in strict confidence. First preference is given to those who contact the office well before their next court date.
A retainer for criminal matters is quoted as a flat fee and pays for the entire case from start to finish. There are no extra charges unless a jury trial is requested - in which case an hourly fee is applied after the initial retainer is credited. |
